What are tenants and owners saying about Absolute?

Would not use them again to manage my property. They signed off the bond before remediation work was undertaken leaving us with damage and no recourse to fix. Their advice was "put a picture over it". The end of tenancy clean was average at best with broken glass left in cupboards and surfaces left very greasy and clearly not wiped. Very unhappy given the speel we were given when we signed them up about their standards of cleanliness. They fell well short. We paid a professional cleaner on their recommendation before tenanting our property and they gave us back a house that hadn't been cleaned.

Our stay at our rental has only been short but so far more than pleasant, Kelly from the Absolute Rental team has been amazing, she has been friendly and welcoming since the viewing day has been easy to communicate with and easily approachable making us feel like we're comfortably able to bring up any problems/issues that we've had/have with our rental. Absolute Rentals are an absolute nightmare! They welcome you nicely, but after that it’s all downhill. They’ll try to squeeze every dollar out of you — especially your bond — while ignoring repairs, failing to communicate, and never addressing issues. And then they'll moan about fly spots on the walls to keep your bond! Ridiculous! If you value peace of mind, avoid them entirely. Would give a zero rating if I could!

I have not come across a better team than that at Absolute Rentals. I have been with them through two different properties, Wade and Olivia always make the moving process so easy. They are so welcoming and make you feel very well looked after as a tenant. Their communication between tenants and landlords is amazing and their efficiency in having any issues with the property rectified is incredible. I have been in a few rentals and the care and promptness as property managers are outstanding. I feel safe as a renter with Wade and his team. Fast quick maintenance when it arises. They become family. They make inspections work for both parties. We have never felt like a number or another file on their list of tenants. I have been with them a number of years.
