Hey, I'm Liv! After building my foundation in property management with Absolute Rentals, I stepped into my current role as Business Growth & Operations Manager. Today, I oversee the day-to-day operations of the business while continuing to grow our portfolio, support our team, and ensure we're providing the exceptional service that Absolute Rentals is known for.

My background in people management across the hospitality and recruitment industries has given me a strong foundation in communication, leadership, and building lasting relationships. Those experiences, combined with my hands-on property management knowledge, allow me to approach every situation with a practical, people-first mindset.

I genuinely enjoy working with people and believe that great property management is built on trust, transparency, and proactive communication. Whether I'm helping property owners maximise their investment, supporting tenants, improving our internal systems, or driving the growth of the business, my goal is always to create positive outcomes and make the experience as seamless as possible.

Born and raised in the wider Manawatū region, I've proudly called Palmerston North home since 2016. Outside of work, you'll usually find me grabbing a coffee from one of our favourite locally-owned cafés, spending time with family and friends, or getting out and exploring everything our beautiful region has to offer.
